Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@c-a-tcalls.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized calls are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
